Description

You design, build, and maintain business process automation solutions using the Appian low-code platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create custom applications and solutions on the Appian platform to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and build workflows and process models within the Appian platform.
• Develop integrations with other third-party systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform performance tuning, and maintain existing Appian applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in the Appian low-code platform, including Appian UI and RPA development.
• Experience with integration patterns.
• Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts.
• Background in JavaScript, Java/J2EE, or C#.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
