Description

You will design, develop, and implement enterprise applications on the Appian platform while leading application support and cross-functional integration efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Appian applications, including mobile, portal, and extended interface components.
• Integrate Appian with external systems using APIs, web services, and custom plug-ins in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Lead application support engagements, managing incidents, problems, monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality and delivery.

Required Skills

• Appian L2 certification or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in Appian development and production application support.
• Deep understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards.
• Hands-on experience with Appian Designer, Appian Records, Appian RPA, and Appian Sites.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Strong experience with relational database management systems, data modeling, and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience implementing SOAP/REST web services and security frameworks like SAML and OAuth.

Preferred Skills

• Senior Appian Developer certification.
• Experience with Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above.
