Description

You will lead the design and architecture of scalable Appian solutions focused on document processing and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure Appian applications for enterprise-scale document processing.
• Implement Appian integrations with AI capabilities to enhance OCR/ICR accuracy and automate data extraction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team on architectural best practices.
• Manage application performance through load testing, query optimization, and system health monitoring.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development for enterprise applications.
• Expertise in Appian application architecture, including Process Models, SAIL interfaces, and Appian Records.
• Proficiency in Appian integration patterns, including Web Services and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Appian data management, including CDT design, expression rules, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Appian security frameworks, user roles, and data security protocols.
• Experience with Appian plugin development to extend out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Proven ability to optimize workflows for scalability and maintainability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven document processing and OCR/ICR technologies.
