Description

You will define and document high-level Appian architectural solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You lead development efforts, guiding teams on best practices for SAIL, data modeling, process modeling, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Perform performance tuning using Appian Health Check, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and adherence to Appian development standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor developers and establish best practices for the Appian platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years dedicated to Appian.
• Expert proficiency with Appian SAIL, process models, records, reports, and smart services.
• Strong integration skills with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Appian.
• Background working in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Senior Developer certification.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
