Description

You will lead the design and development of complex Appian applications, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will guide the team through implementation, resolving technical challenges and demonstrating solution approaches to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex applications using Appian, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Define solution architecture and present technical approaches to customers and internal teams.
• Guide the implementation team, mentoring developers and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Integrate Appian solutions with external systems using API integration and .NET frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Appian design and development.
• Strong expertise in Appian application design and complex solution architecture.
• Proven ability to guide teams through technical implementation and challenge resolution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate solutions to customers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of .NET Framework and API integration patterns.
