Description

You will lead end-to-end Appian projects, designing and building enterprise BPM applications using no-code and low-code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and development of Appian applications, including interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, and sites.
• Design core BPM artifacts such as process models, records, reports, SAIL forms, gateways, smart services, and integration services.
• Manage deployments using pipelines and configure integrations with Web APIs.
• Collaborate with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Operate independently to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Appian projects and BPM application development.
• Proficient in no-code/low-code BPM solutions, specifically Appian.
• Deep knowledge of core BPM concepts: records, interfaces, process models, and deployments.
• Experience with BPM object types, including query rules, constant rules, and expression rules.
• Strong experience with integrations and Web APIs.
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to perform analysis and make technical decisions for complex workflow automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading Appian development teams.
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities.
