Lead the design and development of complex Appian applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Appian applications, ensuring maintainability and architectural integrity.
• Define solution architecture and present technical approaches to customers and internal teams.
• Guide the implementation team, mentoring developers and resolving technical challenges.
• Integrate Appian solutions with external systems using API integration and .NET frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Appian design and development.
• Strong expertise in Appian application design and complex solution architecture.
• Proven ability to guide teams through technical implementation.
• Ability to demonstrate solutions to customers.
• Experience with .NET Framework.
• Experience with API integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of .NET Framework and API integration patterns.
