Description

Design enterprise technical solutions and lead development teams to solve complex business problems using the Appian platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and conduct workshops to decompose epics into actionable stories.
• Design technical and enterprise solutions while guiding small development teams.
• Develop and modularize components including complex data stores, SAIL interfaces, queries, and integrations.
• Perform peer reviews, impact analysis, and application performance management.
• Guide developers on best practices for design, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 11 to 14 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of recent experience in Appian software development and design.
• Appian Designer certification.
• Proficiency with Appian versions 18+.
• Hands-on experience with Appian Development, Java, SQL, and Jira.
• Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Git and Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Ability to develop various types of records and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian AI, IDP, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Cucumber and SQL.
• Specialization in BPM, deployment, or specific industry domains.
