You define the technical architecture for Appian solutions, ensuring scalable and secure designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the design and development of complex workflows, interfaces, and integrations within the Appian platform.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams for Appian applications.
• Oversee deployment, integration, and maintenance while conducting risk assessments and performance tuning.
• Mentor application developers and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Appian Architect, Technical Lead, or Product Owner.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, systems design, and integration.
• Proficiency in BPM, low-code platforms, and automation solutions.
• Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services sector or other regulated industries.
• Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
