Lead the design, architecture, and technical implementation of Appian applications. You will translate stakeholder needs into functional solutions and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Appian applications to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional technical solutions within the Appian platform.
• Guide and mentor Appian Developers on implementation, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and Appian technology usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Appian Architect with a focus on techno-functional delivery.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of Appian Developers.
• In-depth knowledge of Appian development best practices and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of BPM technologies and principles.
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering Appian projects on time and within budget.
• Any Graduate degree.
