Description

Design, build, and maintain business process automation solutions using the Appian low-code platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and create custom applications on the Appian platform to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and build workflows and process models within Appian.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning on existing applications.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in the Appian low-code platform, including UI and RPA development.
• Experience with integration patterns and data model implementation.
• Background in software engineering using JavaScript, Java/J2EE, or C#.
• Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts.
• Experience with performance tuning and low-code development principles.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop efficient technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
