Description

Lead the design, development, and technical direction of Appian-based automation solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project design and development to ensure scalability and performance best practices.
• Lead complex design discussions, technical planning, estimation, and requirements gathering.
• Evaluate business process automation requests for technical feasibility and requirements.
• Manage data migration, loading, and conversion within microservices environments.
• Mentor team members and serve as technical lead during deployment and production roll-out.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with all aspects of the Appian technology platform.
• Appian Lead Level Certification or equivalent.
• Strong background in UI design and User Experience (UX).
• Experience leading technical planning, high-level design, and project team definition.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to author and present technical documentation to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Architect level certification.
• Client-facing or consulting experience.
