Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Appian-based solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Appian applications following industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Appian applications with existing databases and systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations to optimize Appian solutions for speed and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Appian solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Appian components, including Appian SAIL and Process Design.
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture, security, and integration.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Level 3 certification or higher.
