Description

Design and develop end-to-end orchestration and case management solutions using the Appian platform. Lead technical teams through the full automation project SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design complex solutions by integrating Data, RPA, OCR, NLP, Workflow, and Integration components.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to influence requirement development and assess technical feasibility.
• Lead technical teams of five or more resources through the full automation project SDLC.
• Develop enterprise applications that comply with Intelligent Automation Platform design parameters and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of complex enterprise applications using COTS and low-code platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development, including integrations and plugins.
• 5+ years of experience with at least two of the following: Appian, RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2), OCR software, or AI/ML using Python or IBM Watson.
• 1+ years of experience with an RPA platform such as Blue Prism or UiPath.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ resources.
• Background in Computer Science or Business Information Systems with mastery of Structured System Analysis and Software Design.
• Experience in hands-on application architecture rather than administrative or project coordination roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud components including SQS, S3, and Lambda.
• Proficiency manipulating structured (relational), hierarchical (JSON, XML), and unstructured data.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or PeopleSoft.
