Description

Design and implement business process solutions using the Appian platform within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business process solutions using Appian Analyst and Designer views.
• Configure Appian Smart Services and Tempo interfaces to meet specific business requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements through scenario-based discussions.
• Analyze and transform business processes into efficient workflows and target operating models.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth rollouts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business process management and Appian design.
• Proficiency with Appian tools, including Appian Analyst, Designer, Smart Services, and Tempo Interface.
• Extensive experience in scenario-based requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions for large, complex systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience creating current and target operating models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian version upgrades and enhancements.
• Familiarity with other BPM tools, platforms, or cloud technology integrations.
