Description

You will develop and implement Appian and web-based applications, translating business requirements into technical designs. You provide technical guidance to mid-level developers and lead distributed engineering teams. You build critical Appian applications and integration components in Java, managing integrations with other COTS products. You scope projects, estimate sizing, and debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models. You understand the differences between REST and SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Appian applications and associated integration components.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scope projects.
• Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers and lead distributed teams.
• Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models.
• Integrate Appian with external systems and COTS products.

Required Skills

• Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certification.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Sites and complex SAIL Forms.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of at least one major programming language (Java).
• Ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
