Description

Lead Appian development projects and manage technical direction for client engagements.

You will own the technical roadmap, manage technical debt, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Develop applications using Appian Cloud and record type driven development. Optimize database queries to ensure system performance. Work within an Agile framework to deliver business process management solutions.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience specifically in Appian.
• 10-15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Experience with Appian Cloud and record type driven development.
• Hands-on experience with Appian integrations involving AWS SB, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong database query optimization skills.
• Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Appian Certified Lead Developer status.
• Familiarity with Appian Data Fabric.
