Description

You will design, develop, and manage business process automation solutions using Appian.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate complex workflows using Appian Compass.
• Optimize workflow performance and enhance UI/UX within Compass applications.
• Coordinate with Application and Platform teams to provide Hyper-Care support.
• Manage service SLAs through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
• Mentor colleagues and support L2 teams for L3 technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Appian BPM development.
• Proven experience in Workflow Design and Automation within Appian Compass.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Sprint methodologies.
• Experience leading and managing distributed teams across geographical regions.
• Ability to perform performance optimization and support unit/integration testing.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
