Description

Analyze and optimize business processes using the Appian BPM platform to bridge pharmaceutical stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, improve, and plan business processes to align with Appian workflow platforms.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documents, specifications, and user manuals.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs across R&D, regulatory, and sales teams.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Appian BPM.
• Proven ability to document business requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Pharma, or a related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the pharmaceutical domain.
