Description

You will own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for low-code solutions, acting as the primary liaison between business units and the Appian development team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements using interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate business needs into Jira epics and stories, defining technical vision and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to align usability with performance requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and assist with end-user training.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the Appian platform and its core components.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a BPM or low-code environment.
• Expert proficiency with Jira for requirement tracking and project management.
• Ability to analyze operational procedures and systems for improvement.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or IT.
• Background in programming or systems engineering.
