Description

You will lead technical delivery and Appian development for complex business process management projects. You own the technical roadmap, manage technical debt, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team and drive technical decisions.
• Develop solutions using Appian Cloud and record type driven development.
• Optimize database queries and manage data performance.
• Implement integrations between Appian and external systems.
• Own the technical roadmap and manage technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Appian.
• 10-15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Appian Cloud expertise, including record type driven development.
• Experience with AWS SB, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong database query and optimization skills.
• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Appian Data Fabric.
