Description

You will build and deliver mission-critical, fault-tolerant applications using the Appian platform (17.x+). You combine strong business analysis with hands-on development to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian BPM solutions, including process models, SAIL forms, CDTs, and records.
• Integrate Appian with enterprise systems using native components, REST APIs, and web services.
• Translate business requirements into technical models and code, ensuring adherence to security and architectural standards.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit/system testing to ensure application quality and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application tuning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Appian development and business process management.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development, including Spring, Hibernate, and JDBC/ODBC.
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Maven, Jenkins, and Subversion.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design, UML, and model-driven architecture.
• Ability to write and maintain RESTful services and web APIs.
• Knowledge of application resiliency, security, scalability, and performance concepts.
