Description

Lead the design and development of Appian applications to automate and optimize complex workflows.

You will own the technical delivery of end-to-end BPM implementation projects, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions. You will conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality application development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian applications following established best practices.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BPM implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Appian, including recent hands-on experience with versions 17x/18x/19x.
• 4+ years of SAIL code experience.
• 4+ years as a Senior designer/developer with at least 4 end-to-end Appian BPM implementation projects.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST web services.
• 3+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale applications using Agile methodologies.
• 4+ years of experience in requirements gathering and refinement with users.
• 10+ years of experience working for US companies in the US.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Level 2 or Level 3 Appian Developer certification.
• Experience in an Insurance environment.
• Java development experience.
