Description

You will design enterprise technical solutions and lead a small development team to solve complex business problems using the Appian platform.

Responsibilities

• Design technical and enterprise solutions while leading a small team through development activities.
• Run workshops to break down epics into actionable stories.
• Guide developers on best practices for design, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and modularize components including SAIL interfaces, complex data stores, queries, and integrations.
• Perform peer reviews, impact analysis, and application performance management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent experience in Appian software development and design.
• Appian Designer certification.
• Experience with Appian versions 18+.
• Proficiency in Appian, Java, SQL, and Cucumber.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of software architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Experience with Git and Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Ability to develop various types of records and reports.
• Background in consulting or client service delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian AI, IDP, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Specialization in BPM or deployment.
