Description

You will design technical enterprise solutions and lead a small development team to solve complex business problems using the Appian platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and lead development activities for enterprise-scale projects.
• Lead workshops to break down epics into actionable stories.
• Guide Appian developers on best practices for design, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and modularize components including SAIL interfaces, complex data stores, queries, and integrations.
• Perform peer reviews, impact analysis, and application performance management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Appian software development and design.
• Appian Designer certification.
• Experience with Appian 18+ versions.
• Proficiency with Appian AI, IDP, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Software Architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and Cucumber.
• Experience using Git and Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Competency in Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Specialization in BPM or deployment.
• Experience in consulting or client service delivery.
