Description

You will design enterprise solutions and lead a small development team to solve complex business problems using Appian.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical and enterprise solutions while leading small teams through development activities.
• Lead projects and run workshops to decompose epics into actionable stories.
• Guide developers on best practices for design, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and modularize components including complex data stores, SAIL interfaces, queries, and integrations.
• Perform impact analysis, peer reviews, and performance management to ensure application quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of recent experience in Appian software development and design.
• Hands-on experience with Appian 18+ versions.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Proficiency with Appian Designer certification.
• Experience using Git and Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Technical proficiency in Java, SQL, and Cucumber.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to develop various types of records and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian AI, IDP, and other intelligent automation technologies.
• Specialization in BPM or deployment.
