Description

You will design, implement, and deploy automated Appian-based workforce application systems. You own the full SDLC, from requirement analysis to support, ensuring reliability, latency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new applications using Appian technology, including user interfaces, process models, and data storage.
• Execute full SDLC activities from initial design and requirement analysis to testing, implementation, and support.
• Manage application availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency by engineering reliability into software and systems.
• Work within an Agile framework to conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user stories.
• Mentor junior developers and establish internal Appian development best practices and design guides.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a developer or programmer.
• Appian Senior Developer Certification with recent hands-on experience in design and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience with Appian components including Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDTs, records, reports, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience with REST Web API development and integration software such as MuleSoft.
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud-based technologies including AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years of experience building Appian CDTs and integrating applications with Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, practices, and software design techniques.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, testing, and installing complex software systems.
