Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM applications, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process models, interfaces, expressions, records, and reports within the Appian environment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions by collaborating with analysts and stakeholders.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems and databases using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability through continuous design and optimization.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and manage production deployments.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as an Appian Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Appian 21.x or higher.
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Appian objects including process models, interfaces, records, expressions, and reports.
• Experience integrating Appian with external APIs and databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, JavaScript, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex database schema design and optimization.
