Description

You will design, implement, and deploy automated Appian-based workforce application systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy applications using Appian components, including SAIL Forms, process models, CDTs, records, and reports.
• Manage the full SDLC from requirement analysis and technical user stories through testing, implementation, and support.
• Ensure application reliability, latency, and scalability by engineering robust software and systems.
• Integrate applications with external REST Web APIs and data sources such as MuleSoft, Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL.
• Mentor junior developers and establish internal Appian development best practices and design guides.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a developer or programmer.
• Appian Senior Developer Certification with recent hands-on design and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Appian components including Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDTs, records, and reports.
• 5+ years of experience with REST Web API development and integration software such as MuleSoft.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies including AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years of experience building Appian CDTs and integrating with Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, practices, and software design techniques.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, testing, and installing complex software systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile framework to conduct impact analysis.
