Description

You will design, develop, and implement end-to-end Appian BPM applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional workflows and technical solutions using SAIL forms, interfaces, and process models.
• Integrate Appian with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize application performance and resolve technical bottlenecks to ensure scalability.
• Develop and manage Appian Plug-ins and maintain version control.
• Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Hands-on experience with Appian 19.x or above.
• Proficiency in SAIL coding, Appian Records, Sites, and Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create complex database queries and manage integrations.
• Create technical documentation including design specifications and user guides.
