Description

Design, configure, and deploy business process solutions on the Appian platform to automate workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Appian architecture components, including Designer features and Smart Services.
• Create process maps and implement configurations aligned with specific business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end solution setup, including Appian server configuration and integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using BPM fundamentals and workflow automation.
• Ensure solution design adheres to best practices and maintains readiness for L2/L3 certification.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian Development, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts, process modeling, and business rule implementation.
• Proficiency with Appian components, Designer features, and Smart Services for process integrations.
• Knowledge of Appian architecture, server management, and end-to-end application setup.
• Experience applying Agile development methodologies in a delivery context.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Appian L2 or L3 certification.
