Key Skills: Appian developer, BPM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure business process solutions on the Appian platform to deliver measurable business benefits.
• Create process maps and implement process configurations aligned with business requirements.
• Perform Appian development, including configuration of Appian architecture components and technical features (Designer features, configurations in Appian, and related product capabilities).
• Work with Appian server and support end-to-end solution setup and configuration as required.
• Apply knowledge of BPM fundamentals and Appian architecture components to design effective workflow solutions.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Appian Smart Services and use it to support business process integrations and capabilities.
• Ensure solution design and implementation follow best practices for Appian development and maintain readiness for L2/L3 certification expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Appian-based solutions and validate outcomes against business objectives.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Appian Development (design, configuration, and deployment)
• Good understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with Appian components, Designer features, and Smart Services
• Knowledge of process modeling, process maps, and business rule implementation
• Experience in Appian architecture and end-to-end application setup
• Familiarity with Appian server, integrations, and configurations
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Appian L2/L3 certification readiness or certification (nice to have)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
