Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM solutions within an agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and debug Appian BPM applications using SAIL code and core objects.
• Translate business requirements into actionable work units for end-to-end application delivery.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with database developers, QA, and analysts to ensure data integrity and security.
• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and application logic updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian UI development, configuration, and debugging.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementations (Design, Develop, Deploy, Package).
• Deep knowledge of Appian objects: Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules.
• Proficiency with CDT, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, and Groups.
• Experience with Appian components: Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, and Reports.
• Expertise in business integration deployment and human task management in Appian 18 or higher.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Appian.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile iterative development methodologies.
• Experience with database design and troubleshooting technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing BPM solutions for case management and role-based applications.
