Description

You will design, code, and implement solutions using the Appian platform, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation reviews for key business initiatives to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee requirements gathering and interpret infrastructure impacts across the portfolio pipeline.
• Review existing solutions to identify and remediate issues regarding resiliency, risk, and performance.
• Partner with architecture and development teams to provide technology guidance during strategic planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Appian coding and solution design.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling.
• Experience with System Integrations.
• Ability to perform peer reviews and technical design.
• Experience in requirements clarification and process oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
