Description

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure Appian solutions for document processing and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Appian integrations with AI capabilities to enhance OCR/ICR accuracy and data extraction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Appian development team on architecture best practices.
• Manage application performance through load testing, query optimization, and system health monitoring.
• Optimize workflows for scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development for enterprise-scale applications.
• Expertise in Appian architecture, including Process Models, SAIL interfaces, and Appian Records.
• Proficiency in Appian integration patterns, web services, and APIs.
• Advanced Appian data management skills, including designing CDTs, expression rules, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of Appian security frameworks, user roles, and data security protocols.
• Experience with Appian plugin development to extend out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Any Graduate.
