Description

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Appian, leveraging a strong background in Java systems development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Appian applications, including front-end components and API integrations.
• Develop and integrate Java-based systems using Struts and JSP frameworks.
• Write and execute unit tests with JUnit to ensure code quality.
• Manage code repositories via Git or GitLab and handle builds with Maven.
• Debug and optimize responsive designs across various interfaces.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Java developer or in systems development.
• Proficiency in MySQL or SQL Server database management.
• Strong experience with Struts and JSP.
• IDE proficiency: IntelliJ (preferred) or Eclipse.
• Experience with Maven for build management.
• Knowledge of JUnit for testing.
• Version control experience with Git or GitLab.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with responsive design optimization.
