Lead offshore development teams and drive full-cycle Appian implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Appian implementations using standard product methodologies.
• Manage offshore developer teams to ensure delivery standards.
• Conduct workshops and demos with business stakeholders to collect and refine requirements.
• Design and implement complex data management solutions using XSDs and SQL.
• Integrate business processes via REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of direct Appian experience.
• Proficiency in Appian SAIL and Process Modeler.
• Experience with Appian Rules, Expressions, and Documents.
• Hands-on expertise with Knowledge Center and Data Management.
• Advanced knowledge of XSDs and SQL queries.
• Strong database fundamentals.
• Proven experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience leading offshore development teams.
