Description

Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-level Appian BPM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Appian BPM applications, translating business requirements into process models.
• Develop reusable Appian components for enterprise-wide leverage.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in detailed design reviews to validate architecture adherence.
• Participate in on-call production support rotation and drive production issues to resolution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Appian BPM design and implementation (version 24.x or higher).
• 5+ years using modern deployment methodologies, automated pipelines, and Atlassian tools.
• 3+ years integrating Appian with Active Directory and Ping.
• 3+ years creating and consuming APIs, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• 2+ years using Core Java.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (DB2, Sybase, Postgres SQL, MS SQL) and SQL.
• Working knowledge of Appian architecture, EKS, and Appian Cloud.
• Experience designing enterprise or distributed systems using Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
