Description

You will design, code, and lead the development of Appian-based applications and BPM solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from technical design to implementation, ensuring modular and reusable components.

Responsibilities

• Build Appian interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrations.
• Design technical solutions and lead small teams in development activities and workshops to break down epics into stories.
• Develop process models, records, reports, SAIL interfaces, smart services, and web services.
• Perform impact analysis, performance management, and modularize components for reusability.
• Design SQL queries and work with database views and stored procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher.
• Proven work experience with Appian 18+ versions.
• Appian Associate Developer Certification.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and major database concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing Appian Plugins.
• Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, and Cucumber.
• Knowledge of Agile or SCRUM development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration technologies.
