Description

Develop and implement enterprise solutions on the Appian platform, leading offshore teams and managing stakeholder requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, and Knowledge Center.
• Design and manage data structures using Complex Data Types (XSDs) and execute SQL queries.
• Integrate external systems by developing business integrations via REST APIs.
• Gather business requirements, lead workshops, and conduct solution demonstrations.
• Lead and manage offshore development teams to ensure delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years with Appian implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Appian product features and implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, and Data Management.
• Expertise in building REST API integrations for business processes.
• Strong SQL and database management skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
