Description

Build and maintain Appian workflow capabilities and integrations for Enterprise Growth Compliance. You will develop complex business flows, optimize application performance, and ensure proper documentation across process designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications using Appian, including dynamic and complex business flows.
• Build integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Web APIs and Smart Services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Appian applications for performance and scalability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for application logic, process designs, and data models.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing with Appian, including expertise in Process Modeling, CDTs, Record Types, and Reports.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and database design.
• Experience with Web APIs, Integrations, Smart Services, and external system connections.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform concepts and exposure to cloud-based deployments.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for extended development capabilities.
• Experience with REST API design and consumption.
• Appian certification.
