Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM and UI solutions within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Appian BPM applications using SAIL code, including Records, Sites, Actions, and Process Models.
• Translate business requirements into technical work units to deliver solutions within larger application contexts.
• Code, debug, unit test, and integrate application enhancements while maintaining technical documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and troubleshoot technical difficulties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with database developers, QA, and analysts to ensure data integrity, security, and privacy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development, configuration, and debugging.
• Proven track record of end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementations (Design, Develop, Deploy, Package).
• Deep knowledge of Appian objects including CDT, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, and Interface Rules.
• Experience with Appian 18x, 19x, or 20x versions and technical features like Smart Services and Plugin development.
• Proficiency in Appian CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes.
• Strong understanding of BPM fundamentals, architecture components, and human task management.
• Experience with database design and business integration deployment.
• Ability to work independently on assignments and communicate risks during deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian components such as Tempo, Forums, and Reports.
