Description

Lead the technical design, development, and infrastructure of Appian solutions, including mentoring developers and architecting network and security strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Appian solutions using version 22.x or higher.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure technical excellence.
• Architect and recommend design, network, and security standards for new applications.
• Develop Java plugins for Appian and implement complex system integrations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Appian design, development, and configuration.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of developers.
• Extensive experience developing Java plugins for Appian.
• 5+ years integrating systems such as Active Directory, Ping, Snowflake, or Dremio.
• 3+ years architecting network and security recommendations for applications.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS or Appian Cloud.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Active Directory, and Snowflake.
