Description

You will lead end-to-end Appian development, designing scalable enterprise solutions and driving workflow automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian development and implementation activities across the full lifecycle.
• Design secure, high-performance enterprise solutions using Appian BPM Suite.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define solution architecture.
• Drive automation initiatives and optimize business workflows.
• Support integration, deployment, and ongoing technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Appian Designer and Appian BPM Suite.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
• Experience with SQL and AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading enterprise-level Appian implementations.
