Description

You will provide end-to-end design guidance and technical oversight for Appian-based solutions and infrastructure impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and interpretation to ensure all teams understand business logic and infrastructure impacts.
  • Guide teams through design challenges and provide oversight throughout the full design process.
  • Conduct design and implementation reviews to ensure operational readiness and alignment with target architecture before production.
  • Review existing solutions to identify and remediate gaps in resiliency, risk, and performance.
  • Partner with architecture and development teams during business planning sessions to align technology with strategic goals.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with CRM / ERP systems.
  • Experience in Enterprise Application Support.
  • Ability to perform analytical problem management and evidence-based troubleshooting.
  • Proven capability in technical design oversight and implementation reviews.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
