Description

Design, develop, and implement Appian-based applications and integration components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build Appian applications and integration components using Java.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for data mapping and loading.
• Debug issues within interfaces and process models.
• Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers and lead distributed engineering teams.
• Scope Appian projects and estimate sizing for business requirements.

Required Skills

• Appian Analyst and Designer certifications.
• Experience with Sites and complex SAIL Forms.
• Proven track record of multiple integrations with external systems.
• Understanding of REST, SOAP, and web service design principles.
• Proficiency in Java or at least one other major programming language.
• Ability to integrate Appian BPM with other COTS products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
