Description

Lead Appian development and technical delivery for healthcare payer projects, managing onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian developers and coordinate between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams.
• Design relational database schemas and efficient application architectures based on project requirements.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, including packaging, deploying, and monitoring process model instances.
• Execute integrations between Appian and third-party platforms such as CRM and Salesforce.
• Oversee testing, debugging, and performance improvements for Appian applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Appian development experience with 6+ complete end-to-end implementations.
• 12+ years of total IT experience in related technologies like Java or other BPM products.
• Appian Lead Certification and Appian Technology Level 2 ACAD Certification.
• Deep knowledge of Appian coding best practices, standards, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, and stored procedures.
• Proven ability to set up integrations from SaaS cloud to on-prem databases.
• Experience with Single Sign-on (SSO) integration and CI/CD pipeline setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian Portals, IDP, and RPA integration.
• Agile team experience and DevOps knowledge.
