Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of Appian BPM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end BPM solutions, including SAIL interfaces, process models, CDTs, and complex integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical workflows and define coding standards and governance.
• Lead and mentor Appian developers, conducting code reviews and driving unit testing and defect resolution.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and collaborate with QA and DevOps for smooth delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture release notes, and support production deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong expertise in Appian development (SAIL, Process Models, Smart Services, Records, Reports, Tempo, Plugins).
• Experience integrating Appian with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appian RPA and AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of Appian administration, deployment strategies, and enterprise architecture.
• Cloud exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
