Description

You will lead development efforts on complex applications using the Appian platform, owning the full lifecycle from design to release within an Agile team structure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications and enhancements using the Appian platform.
• Design and build integrations with internal and third-party platforms.
• Maintain and support existing systems while adhering to coding best practices.
• Lead and mentor less experienced Appian developers.
• Communicate technical issues effectively with team members to drive resolution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing specifically on the Appian Platform.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL code against SQL Server or other RDBMS.
• Strong background in business analysis, model-driven architecture, and model-driven development.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Azure DevOps or similar tooling.
• Must possess relevant Appian certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development efforts on complex enterprise applications.
