Description

Lead the design and development of BPM applications using Appian.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop database objects to support BPM applications.
• Translate requirements into solutions and map them to business processes.
• Manage application configuration, continuous code integration, development, and functional testing.
• Define application user roles and responsibilities.
• Lead large programs of work involving multiple functional and technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Appian Design and Development.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian certified Senior Developer.
• Hands-on coding and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Appian 20.x and above.
• Proficiency in Process Model, CDT, Records, Reports, and Site design.
• Database experience writing optimized queries, views, and Stored Procedures.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Appian AI, Process HQ, RPA, and IDP tools.
